Guardian of Lonely Hearts

Black represents shelter dogs waiting to be discovered in the dark, just like some of us too. Gold Kintsugi cracks symbolise healing and second chances, reminding us that what may be unvalued by one can be a treasure to another. This piece is inspired by my own dog Tonto. The galaxy hues within reflect how they hold our emotions through both joy and dark days. Orange flowers blooming at their feet represent love, connection and growth, a reminder that dogs heal our hearts as deeply as we heal theirs.
