I took the deep dive into visual arts in my later years but as the saying goes, it’s never too late to live your dreams. I work with acrylics and my pieces are mostly heavily textured, some with an optical illusion. My works are exhibited in galleries and art fairs locally and internationally and it is a humbling experience. I believe that art has the power to unite, to heal, to find oneself and so much more. I am also a volunteer at the women’s prison’s Arts Behind Bars as an artist mentor. “Art Calms The Mind & Soothes The Soul”

Barbie has been around since 1959, but it was only after six decades that I finally laid my hands on one. I wanted simplicity and decided on a porcelain-inspired look, fusing the modern-day Barbie with a touch of gentle vintage charm — embodying the essence of timeless elegance. My little winged beauty brings the message that it is never too late to dream. Achieving one’s dream may require delicate steps, but dreams do unfold — and will carry us to new heights. Don’t be afraid to live your dreams.
