Anna is an abstract artist working in acrylics and watercolours. Art has always been in her life, but in 2018, when she picked up watercolours, the call to artmaking transformed and led her to her soul’s work. Art connects her to the universe, bridging the physical and spiritual, allowing intuition and imagination to guide her. Often inspired by nature, she loves colour and the spontaneity of abstracts. Anna’s works have received international awards and been published. She has collaborated with Lush UK, Benefit Middle East, and Biopak Australia.

My Barbie doll seeks to empower everyone to believe in their dreams and live authentically. I began pursuing art only in my 50s, and this year, like Singapore, I celebrate my 60th birthday! I’m actively embracing my passion for art—painting, learning, and sharing my newfound knowledge with gusto. I’m grateful that this journey has also allowed me to give back to the community. I hope my Barbie inspires you to believe in yourself and go catch your stars! In line with sustainability, Barbie’s outfit and wings were hand-painted and created using upcycled items and fabric scraps.
