The Breastfeeding Mothers' Support Group (BMSG) Singapore is a mother-led, volunteer-powered charity with IPC status. Since 1975, we have been the only non-profit in Singapore dedicated solely to supporting pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.

We walk with mothers through their most vulnerable moments, offering free, evidence-based counselling, practical guidance, and a compassionate community. Our volunteer counsellors, all mothers themselves, are trained each year to provide peer-to-peer support through helplines, workshops, social media groups and public events.

BMSG is driven almost entirely by volunteers, supported by just two part-time staff. Every hour of care we provide is powered by mothers helping mothers.
